About Me
Hi, my name is Wells, and I am a sophomore in high school. My passion for fishing began at a young age because of my Dad and the great fishery that Smith Lake has to offer. I've been coming to Smith Lake since I was young, and I remember the many times that my Dad took me fly fishing in the lake in a kayak and in the Sipsy Fork behind the dam.
Smith Lake Fly Co's flies were born out of a history and passion for the art of angling. They are not just made for trout fishing, but for all types of fishing. Nothing beats a good flyrod hookset on a big bass or trout. It's my hope to share this passion with others through making flies of all types and styles.
